IM Server is back online

I have restored the former IM Server image for the time being. It is running an older version of the XMPP software and at some point in the future, I'd like to take it back down again and *hopefully* update it to the latest software version. But for now, this is perfectly fine since it's not incredibly out of date. I also got around to enabling TLS encryption so we can have some good ole fashion secure sessions. Enjoy.
